At Stepscart Leather Goods Product Wholesale and Retail, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear photos or unboxing video).
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection (unless a manufacturing defect exists)
Minor color variations due to lighting or display differences
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product sent).
